Semi-Custom Homebuilding With More Choices
Some homeowners want more personalization than they can get from a standard production home, but they do not necessarily want to design an entirely new house from the ground up. Our semi-custom approach is designed to provide that balance.
Rather than beginning with a completely original architectural plan, we ask our clients to start by selecting one of our eight existing floor plans. These layouts provide a clear picture of the home’s room arrangement, size, functionality, and overall design.
From there, homeowners can make choices from available options, which may include:
- Flooring selections
- Cabinetry
- Countertops
- Interior colors
- Exterior finishes
- Plumbing and lighting fixtures
- Appliances
- Other available design features
- Minor floor plan modifications when feasible
The result is a home that can reflect your preferences without requiring the time and complexity associated with designing every component from scratch.
Eight Floor Plans to Help You Get Started
Finding the right home begins with finding a layout that works for your household. Everlast Homes offers eight established floor plans, allowing clients to compare different sizes, configurations, garage options, and living spaces. Our current lineup includes the Magnolia I, Barrington, Cypress, Bridgewater, Glenbrook, Sable, Ashton, and Hillcrest.
These plans provide options for homeowners with different priorities.
For example, our Magnolia I Model offers approximately 1,853 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen, and a two-car garage. Our Sable Model offers approximately 2,502 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open kitchen, and a three-car garage.
Other available plans provide additional configurations, allowing homeowners to focus on features that matter to them, whether that means additional bedrooms, garage space, open living areas, office space, or other practical considerations.
Instead of trying to imagine a home from an entirely new design, you can begin with an established layout and decide which option comes closest to your needs.
Quality Features Come Standard
A home’s appearance is important, but the quality of its construction and materials is equally significant. We believe homeowners should receive a strong level of quality without having to upgrade every feature individually.
Our current standard features include high-density foam insulation on exterior walls, granite countertops, all-wood cabinetry with soft-close doors and drawers, 42-inch upper cabinets, stainless steel appliances, upgraded trim details, irrigation systems, and additional features. Our homes are also constructed using concrete cinder block materials.
Available products and specifications can change, so we encourage homeowners to review our current standard feature list when planning a project.
We want you to understand what is included in your home so you can make informed decisions about your selections and available options.
Experience That Shows in the Details
At Everlast Homes, our team brings approximately 40 years of combined experience to the building process. Our professional backgrounds include homebuilding, cabinetmaking, and finish trim carpentry. This experience gives us an appreciation for both the large structural elements of a home and the smaller finishing details that help bring everything together.
As a family-owned operation, we take a personal interest in the quality of every home we build. We believe careful planning and attention throughout construction are essential to delivering a finished product that meets our standards.
From selecting a plan to reviewing the finished home, our goal is to provide clear guidance and dependable workmanship throughout the process.
Building on Your Property in Flagler Beach
If you already own property in Flagler Beach, we can discuss whether one of our available home plans may work for your lot. The suitability of a particular floor plan depends on the property and the applicable requirements for the project.
Several factors may need to be evaluated before construction begins, including:
- Lot size and dimensions
- Required setbacks
- Property access
- Utilities
- Drainage and grading
- Soil and site conditions
- Building requirements
- Placement of the home and driveway
- Compatibility of the selected plan with the property
Evaluating these factors early can help identify potential challenges and determine which established floor plan makes the most sense for your property.
Find a Home Plan That Matches Your Lifestyle
A well-designed home should make everyday life easier. That is why we encourage our clients to consider more than square footage when comparing our floor plans.
Think about how you use your home now and how your needs might change in the future. You may want a larger kitchen for cooking and entertaining, additional bedrooms for family or guests, an office for working from home, or a larger garage for vehicles and storage.
An open floor plan may be important for entertaining, while a split-bedroom configuration may provide additional privacy. The right choice depends on your priorities.
Our eight available plans allow you to compare these needs against established designs and then personalize the home through available selections and reasonable adjustments.
