Semi-Custom Homebuilding in Palm Coast
Semi-custom homebuilding provides a practical middle ground between purchasing a home with few choices and designing an entirely custom residence from the ground up.
At Everlast Homes, we start with established floor plans. This provides a clear foundation for the project from the beginning. You can see the general layout, understand how the rooms work together, and choose a plan based on your household’s priorities.
Depending on the selected home and the options available for your project, personalization can include choices involving:
- Flooring
- Cabinetry
- Countertops
- Fixtures
- Interior colors
- Exterior selections
- Appliances and available features
- Minor floor plan modifications when feasible
Because we are a semi-custom builder, major architectural redesigns or completely original floor plans are not the focus of our building process. Instead, we help you work within an established design while making reasonable selections and adjustments to create a home that feels personal.
Choose From Eight Available Floor Plans
One of the advantages of building with us is having multiple established designs to consider. We currently offer eight floor plans with varying layouts, bedroom and bathroom configurations, living spaces, and garage options. Our models include the Sable, Magnolia I, Barrington, Cypress, Bridgewater, Glenbrook, Ashton, and Hillcrest.
These different designs allow homeowners to compare their priorities before moving forward.
For example, the Magnolia I provides approximately 1,853 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen, and a two-car garage. The Sable provides approximately 2,502 square feet of living space and includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open kitchen, and a three-car garage.
Other floor plans provide additional configurations. The Cypress offers three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, approximately 2,409 square feet of living space, and a three-car garage, while the Glenbrook features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, abundant living space, an open kitchen, and a two-car garage.
With eight options available, homeowners can start by determining which established design comes closest to their preferred size, layout, and everyday needs.
Quality Comes Standard in Our Homes
The floor plan is only one part of a successful new construction home. Materials, construction methods, workmanship, and finishing details also play an important role in how the finished home looks, feels, and performs.
At Everlast Homes, we believe quality should be part of the standard building process. Our standard features include items such as high-density foam insulation on exterior walls, all-wood cabinetry with soft-close doors and drawers, 42-inch upper cabinets, granite surfaces, stainless steel appliances, upgraded trim, and additional features.
We also build our homes using concrete cinder block construction.
Available products, finishes, and standard specifications can change, so we encourage homeowners to review our current selections and feature information when planning their home.
Experience and Attention to Detail
Our team brings approximately 40 years of combined experience to the homebuilding process. Our backgrounds include homebuilding, cabinetmaking, and finish trim carpentry, giving us an appreciation for both the major construction components and the details that contribute to a finished home’s overall quality.
We are also a family-owned operation. That influences how we approach every project. We believe in maintaining high standards, communicating clearly, and treating each home as an important investment for the people who will live there.
Our objective is not simply to complete another construction project. We want to build homes that demonstrate solid workmanship and thoughtful attention from the initial planning stages through the finishing details.
Building a Home That Fits Your Lifestyle
Choosing the right floor plan starts with thinking about how you intend to use your home.
You may want an open kitchen and living space that makes entertaining easier. You may need additional bedrooms for children or guests. A larger garage might be important for vehicles, storage, hobbies, or a workshop. You may also prioritize a comfortable primary suite, home office space, or an efficient layout that minimizes unused areas.
Our eight floor plans allow you to compare these priorities against established designs instead of starting from scratch.
Once you have identified a plan that fits your needs, we can discuss the available selections and any minor adjustments that might be possible. This helps provide personalization while maintaining the advantages of an established home design.
Building on Your Palm Coast Property
If you already own a residential lot in Palm Coast, we can discuss building one of our available plans on your property. Everlast Homes offers its floor plans for construction on customers’ land, subject to property conditions and applicable requirements.
Every lot is different. Factors such as dimensions, setbacks, site access, utilities, drainage, grading, and local requirements may affect what can be built on a particular property.
Reviewing these considerations early is an important part of planning your new home. It can help determine which of our floor plans is most appropriate for the property and whether any permissible adjustments should be considered.
